Ken O’Brien Interim CEO
Ken O’Brien recently retired from RR Donnelley, a multinational communications management conglomerate as Executive Vice President and CIO. At RRD he was responsible for global technology as well as consulting and BPO services. Prior to RRD Ken held technology leadership roles in various Banking and Aerospace organizations. Ken graduated with a Computer Science degree from Hardin-Simmons University and an MBA from Texas Christian University. He and his wife Rhonda have organized and led many international missions trips to South America and Europe and are strong supporters of missions ministries around the globe. Ken has served on non-profit boards and has held for profit Director positions. He currently serves on the Board of Tyndale House Ministries. Ken also served as chairman of the Executive Council of Chapelstreet Church outside of Chicago for the past 10 years prior to moving to Larkspur Colorado. Ken and Rhonda are enjoying finding and serving in new ministry roles in Colorado while they enjoy their 4 grandchildren. They have three children, Taylor, Rebekah and Kathryn.

Melanie Fronterhouse Director of Human Resources and Administration
Hailing from Louisiana, Melanie graduated from college with a BS in Computer Sciences and master’s in mathematics. After spending 19 years in the defense industry as a software engineer and computer programmer, Melanie devoted several years to raising her three children with her husband David. She has always been involved in ministry. Bible study, Bible teaching and mentoring women is her passion. Event planning provides a welcome outlet for her creativity and organizational skills. Melanie joined Tenfold BPO in 2019, has served in all departments, and is now applying her considerable gifts and abilities to ensure our employees are cared for and doing their very best in service to our ministry partners.
Cindy Lamb Director of Donor Services
Cindy has been with Tenfold since 2019 and brings a unique set of accomplishments to our Donor Services Team. For 22 years, along with her husband Tom, she owned and operated a precision sheet metal fabrication business in Silicon Valley, CA. She has her degree in Accounting and has worked as both an Accounting Manager & Payroll Manager. Cindy joined the Donor Services Team in 2021 and is passionate about achieving excellence in the service to our clients while understanding that it is God we ultimately serve and to bring Him glory in everything that we do.

Shelley Greening CPA - Director of Accounting Services
Shelley brings to Tenfold BPO over twenty-five years of experience in deadline-driven public and private accounting. She holds a BSBA degree in Accounting from Missouri State University. Shelley’s work in business consulting, managing diverse client bases, preparing financial statements, establishing processes and procedures, and training and supervising office staff makes her a great fit for the Tenfold BPO environment. Shelley also has experience with numerous accounting software programs and enjoys creative problem solving. Shelley’s previous work experience for nonprofit organizations includes Boys & Girls Club of the Ozarks and Youth With A Mission.
Jeremy Keefe Director of IT
Jeremy is a passionate, experienced IT Director who has delivered high-level customer service to diverse clients and has a history of success in operations. He enjoys working on projects and solving problems to exceed customer expectations.
Our Board
Larry R. Graber Chairman
Larry R. Graber has a degree in mechanical engineering from Kansas State University and a degree in liberal arts from Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas. He has a total of 44 years of experience in the energy and mining industries, and has served in numerous management and supervisory positions. During his career, Larry and his family have lived in San Diego, California; Detroit, Michigan; and Denver, Colorado. In 1994, Larry founded Swiss Energy, a company that provides contract negotiating services in Latin America, Europe, Africa, Canada and the Unites States. In February 2000, Larry began a partial retirement so that he could transition from his full-time business interests to also serving nonprofit organizations. Having served on the staff of the local church he attends, Larry has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees for Denver Seminary and Greater Europe Mission, and has spent time serving the Denver Rescue Mission.
Patty Wolf Vice Chairman
Patty’s desire is to participate with organizations that prepare, equip and sustain workers taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ across the globe, or across the street. She and her husband focus their time and energy in three main areas: Front Line Missions, Christian Education, and poverty relief efforts that bring the Gospel with the “drink of water.” Currently Patty serves on the Board with Mission Training International in Palmer Lake, CO and as a Trustee Board member with Denver Seminary. She previously served on the Board of Directors and is a volunteer with Thrive Ministry (fka Women of the Harvest). Over the past several years Patty also helped new ministries develop basic governance practices.
Paul Mathews
Paul retired from Tyndale House Publishers after serving as their Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for forty-one years. He is a Wheaton College graduate with a degree in Economics. He and his wife Shirley live in Wheaton Illinois and attend Christ Presbyterian Church in Wheaton. He is currently a member of the Tyndale House Foundation Board and he previously served on the Greater Europe Mission Board for twelve years.
Jon Burns
Jon began serving as President of Greater Europe Mission in January of 2016. His background is as a pastor and church-planter in the United Kingdom. He has led various Christian mission organizations and he is the founder of the ‘Lionsraw’ movement (lionsraw.org). In 2014, Jon was named by CNN as one of its “Top 10 CNN Heroes”. In 2015, Jon was honored by her majesty Queen Elizabeth II with the British Empire Medal for his work around the world with children and communities. Jon and his wife Sandra have 2 daughters.
Wesley Lytle
Wesley is CEO of United States Plastic Corp.® which was founded by Dr. R. Stanley Tam and is now owned by the Stanita Foundation. Wesley has filled numerous leadership roles at his local church and on several boards. He was an elder at Cable Road Alliance Church in Lima, OH for 25 years. He was a board member for WTGN‑FM radio (Lima) for 31 years. He was a board member and Chairman of the Administrative Services Committee of Crown College near Minneapolis, MN for 25 years. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee of One Mission Society (OMS), a faith missionary organization headquartered in Greenwood, Indiana. He and his wife Cammy live in Ohio.
Tim Gunsolley
Tim Gunsolley is President of Elevation Growth Partners and Founder/ President of Gift Mapping Strategies. Both companies are dedicated to helping nonprofits grow toward fulfillment of their mission. Tim’s development experience spans 20 years in fields as diverse as global literature distribution, the arts, and community services. His work has taken him to Brazil, China, Cuba, Egypt, France, India, Israel, Nepal, and Vietnam. Tim earned a master’s degree in arts administration from Columbia College in Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in music education from Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL. He serves on the board of his local church. He resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado with his wife, Beth.
Stuart Ratzlaff
Stuart spent over 30 years in the engineering/construction industry in various accounting, finance and managerial roles, most recently as business director for AECOM. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Administration from Tabor College and a master’s degree in Accounting/Finance from the University of Colorado. He has previously served on the board of directors of a small engineering firm, a non-profit thrift store, and Tabor College. Stuart is currently managing finances for small businesses, including a non-profit organization focused on supporting churches and ministries overseas. He and his wife Beth live in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and are members of Wellspring Englewood church.
Charles Schramm
Charles has been married to his wife Barbara for over 40 years and has four married children with eleven grandchildren. He attended Columbia Bible College for a year which was instrumental in his spiritual development. He graduated from Taylor University with a B/S degree in Business/Systems. He has previously served on many local boards including Community Hospital board, Chamber of Commerce and Universal Bearing. Charles currently serves as an Elder at Bremen Bible Church and on the board of One Mission Society. He is president of Woodies Supermarket, a family business since 1944.
David Clabaugh
David ‘Dave’ Clabaugh currently leads the Technology Transformation Team at Brighthouse Financial which separated from MetLife in 2017. Prior to Brighthouse, Dave worked for MetLife in their New York and London offices where he was responsible for technology administration as well as fulfilling new product development. He has 17 years’ experience in financial services and has served in leadership positions across numerous functions including database administration, application development, compliance, risk, new distribution channels, divestitures, and shared services. Dave has a degree in Business & Economics from Wheaton College and a Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird, which has recently merged with Arizona State’s School of Business. He and his wife Sarah, also a Wheaton graduate, met while working together at ServiceMaster in Downers Gove, IL. They currently reside in Charlotte, NC with their two children Adam and Emily where they attend Elevation church and have held several volunteer positions and led a parenting focused small group.

Anita Trapp
After earning a BS and BMus from Cairn University, Anita received an MBA from Temple University. More years than Anita would like to admit have given her extensive nonprofit management experience. She spent 20 years as Field Finance Administrator (in Haiti and Brazil) as well as Director of Special Projects for Crossworld, a church-planting organization. As COO and CFO, Anita directed the operations of Tenfold BPO for several years. During Anita’s twelve years with Tenfold she has developed a deep and practical knowledge of our business and strong commitment to our success and growth.
Mike Clabaugh Chairman Emeritus
Mike Clabaugh is the co-founder and Chairman Emeritus of Tenfold BPO. Prior to Tenfold BPO, Mike spent 31 years with Cincinnati Milacron, serving in several management and executive positions in the US and Europe, including Group Vice President for Machine Tool Operations Worldwide. He was responsible for several strategic alliances for Milacron ranging from acquisitions to establishing joint ventures in India and China. During his years in the corporate world Mike served on several boards including Christian schools and international missionary-sending organizations. In 1997 Mike took an early retirement from Milacron to work full time as a volunteer executive with Greater Europe Mission. This work revealed the struggle that many small and mid-sized ministry organizations were having in providing critical support services for their staff and missionaries. This led to the creation of Tenfold BPO which was founded in 2000. Mike holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University and an MBA from Xavier University of Cincinnati. Mike and his wife Corinne have three married children and five grandchildren.
